Kansas was born in Tampa, Florida and moved to Citrus County at a very young age and has lived here since. She attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. She enjoys staying active in the community by volunteering in several non-profit organizations. She served on the Board of Directors for the Rowing Organization of Citrus County Students and participates each year in the counties annual Buddy Walk for Down’s Syndrome Awareness.
When Kansas isn’t busy working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking on the Withlacoochee State Trail and taking care of her little shih-tzu.
